SupaBarn Coffee


Supabarn are a chain of supermarkets in Australia that are ranging out to include their home brands in-store. Being a home brand product, the coffee packaging design had to have a distinct look and feel. Toast maintained the home brands use of simplicity and colour to continue to successfully build the brand and reinforce the ‘top value at a low price’ message to SuperBarn customers.


What were the desired outcomes for SupaBarn


• To create distinctive coffee packaging that was clearly identifiable as the bite into life, SupaBarn home brand. • Use colours that are in the corporate identity. • Strong, bold design that would be clearly visable amongst its competitors on the shelf.


 


How did Toast achieve these results


• Researched SupaBarn's home brands and identified the key design elements of the brand in all the existing product ranges. • Target market research was completed with SupaBarn customers, making sure the home brand was clearly identified. • Through using the corporate colours of orange and black with strong logo branding and imagery, the coffee packaging was successful and easliy identified as a SupaBarn homebrand.
